For intimate weddings, I offer on-site coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, no matter the location.
For elopements, whether I travel depends on the size and complexity of the event. However, I’ll always provide a dedicated on-the-day coordinator to ensure everything goes perfectly, wherever you choose to say "I do."
Elopements are often more intimate and streamlined, meaning they typically require less time to plan. 6 to 9 months in advance is usually enough time to secure the location, photographer, and celebrant. The beauty of an elopement is its flexibility.
On the other hand, if you're planning a larger destination wedding with multiple guests, a more detailed timeline is needed. It's recommended to start planning 12 to 18 months in advance. This allows time to: secure your venue and vendors, coordinate guest travel and accommodations and design the experience.
In either case, the sooner you begin the planning process, the more options and flexibility you’ll have.
The cost of a wedding can vary significantly based on several factors, including the destination, time of year, guest count, and your vision for the day. For a destination wedding, prices can range widely depending on the location, the type of vendors, and the experience you want to create.
For elopements, the cost typically around €8,000. However, the final cost depends on your choices—such as the location, additional services (like photography, transport, and florals), and whether you want a more luxurious or intimate experience.
In the end, the cost of your wedding or elopement will be shaped by your unique vision and the elements you wish to include, which is why we always work with you to create a personalized, budget-friendly plan that brings your dreams to life.
Because our team operates in various destinations, we have often encountered so many challenges for the couples that what to get married legally abroad. This is due to the local regulations of each country.
The only location where we can take care of the legal documentations is in Greece, where our legal team will take care of the paperwork, and recognizes as well LGTBQ weddings.
Usually, our amazing couples do the legal wedding in their home country, and choose a celebrant for their destination wedding where they perform their Symbolic Ceremony.
Venue coordinators focus on the logistics of the venue itself—ensuring the space is set up and the event runs smoothly within the venue. A wedding planner, on the other hand, coordinates everything, from vendor management and timeline creation to overall design and on-the-day coordination.
